Hello from us: Hannah Mantle, teacher and counsellor, and Vivienne Evans, psycholological hypnotherapist. We enjoy delivering our stress-management workshops to small and medium sized teams in businesses or institutions, as well as to students.
Our workshops are practical and interactive. Expect to work solo, in pairs and in small groups during the session, and be ready to share your own experiences and ideas about stress and anxiety.
