Face-to-Face Counselling Sessions
I've worked with many neurodiverse clients, and recognise how important it can be to know what to expect about the space in which their counselling will take place. I'm like that, too: I like to know what to expect.
The counselling space I offer is within my own home, which is in a very peaceful cul-de-sac location just on the outskirts of town. If driving to a session, clients are able to park safely on the driveway.
It is important to me that the space my clients experience is calm, clean, expressive and purposeful.
As a counsellor who embraces creative approaches, I use paper, Post-It notes, stones and rocks, card decks, and chalk boards in sessions to help clients explore the issues they bring to therapy.
Sometimes, one of our cats chooses to join us in the therapy room!
Online Therapy Sessions via Zoom
Whilst my stones and mortar therapy space is in Cornwall, I use Zoom as a platform to work with people from all over the United Kingdom.
Clients I've worked with online have lived in London, Winchester, Guildford, Farnham, Bracknell, Basingstoke, Kent and many more areas. My most far-flung online clients have resided in Ireland, Paris, The Isle of Man, and New York.
I love the way Zoom enables clients to work on difficult issues in the comfort of their own homes, or simply enables someone to pop in for a session over their lunch break, without having to factor in extra travel time.
When you enquire about booking your taster session with me, state whether you wish to meet face-to-face, or work online.
